Who is Gina The Trainer?

My passion is helping busy professionals (or those short on time!) fit nourishing food and fitness into their hectic lives. With over 8 personal training and nutritional certifications (+ a full time career in marketing & giving back to the community), I know what works and what doesn't. There's no need to spend 3+ hours a day working out and food prepping to get the body you want!
