Yes, I love pizza but I also love fitting into my jeans. With that said, I need to get creative. Here is a fun and easy recipe that will give you all the taste of pizza while packing a powerful nutritional punch!

Pizza For Breakfast
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 Huge Handful Spinach
- 2 TBSP Sliced Olives
- Extra-virgin olive
- 2 TBSP Trader Joe’s Bruschetta
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella
- Extra-Virgin Olive
- Sea Salt
- Cracked Pepper
Instructions

Sauté chopped onions and red bell peppers in a little extra-virgin olive oil.

Add in spinach, sliced olives and chopped cherry tomatoes.

Scramble in two eggs and a little part-skim mozzarella cheese. Remove from stove and plate.
